Pre-Bid Briefing: Misc. Maintenance (ONLINE)

KSTJV seeks Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) businesses for various scopes to support Tunnel Construction. Scopes are planned to include the following, which may be adjusted:

  • Landscaping/trash removal and disposal, clear and grub, fence repair and painting over graffiti at the following properties:

  • Greene (East Portal)

  • Monarch/SCS (28th St)

  • Goodlife (13th St)

  • Goldrock (3rd St)

  • Chase/Gross Holmes (between Market & 1st).
