CP2 Mentor-Protégé Program for Construction DBEs
KSTJV invites all Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) construction companies to apply to our Mentor-Protégé Program (MPP).
The Program involves a six-month “Active Engagement Phase” of monthly one-on-one meetings with a mentoring team, and may include interactive workshops, networking events, and other assignments designed to address the challenges Protégé companies face in engaging on public works projects.
Eligibility Requirements:
● Active Industry License
● Current DBE Certification
● Ability to perform construction work in Santa Clara County
● At least one year in business
